Everything was great, this hotel had spotless rooms and its breakfast was sensational. The people working in the property were very welcoming and amicable. The location seemed great to coast. And it was also next to a nice pub the fishermans rest for supper, Amberwood and Lymington near the New Forest...

Staying in this bed and breakfast was fantastic! the location was lovely, situated in a peaceful area outside the city. We enjoyed supper at the nearby Fisherman's Rest pub and it was delicious. Getting to the town centre was only a 15, minute walk. Our family room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with tea and coffee, making facilities. the bathroom was modern, spotlessly clean with a nice bath. the breakfast was delicious with a full English breakfast, cereals, and yogurts.
The absence of a mini, fridge in our room was the only drawback, but Sharon did her best to help us with her own fridge, which was appreciated.

The room was nicely furnished and comfortable, with a modern bathroom that had a nice bath. Free wifi and tea/coffee facilities were available. The host was friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. The breakfast was delicious, with a choice of cereals and yogurts, and a tasty full English option.
There was no mini fridge in the room, which would have been helpful. The location was not very convenient, as it required a short drive to reach the coast or the New Forest.
